Muffling sound

I ordered quiet but my purpose of purchasing is not resolved as it is causing me ear pain. I want to return it and raised return request just after I received but no response yet from company's end.

Very bad experience. No earplugs were in the case. The return is also very difficult. I haven't recieved my refund. It's already around 20 plus days.

The reason for purchase was to sleep next to snoring person, but it turned out to be terribly bad. Don't buy. The cost is not justified.
