1. My ear pain a lot if I side-sleep wearing Loop Dream Earplugs. 2. The earplugs easily fall out while asleep and becomes a task finding it in the sheets in dark. Due to these reasons, I am not enjoying the Loop Dream Earplugs.

I had ordered something from u guys and I had returned it back when will I get my refund?

They are cool but I couldn't use them for good. Requested a refund but didn't get an update after they received the product back as well. It's more over a week now.

I am very disappointed with the service. No response to emails and terrible customer care

The product didnt work as advertised. No noise cancellation at all. Still waiting on my refund
