Takes a while to figure out how it works. I wish the instructions were better. Especially how the double plugs work . But otherwise great product.

The package was well packed. The product is an amazing piece of tech. I am really happy with it. I slept like a baby the first time I used it. The one downside is to deal with an ear pinch the next day as it were a tad uncomfortable.

Good for wearing Long time. . .
