Terrible service, didn't receive switch 2 even after 20 days "in transit"
Terrible service!!! I was so excited to upgrade my loop to switch 2, but your delivery partner wouldn't deliver or contact me. I called their and your customer service 6 times in total and had 24 email exchange and at the end I still haven't received it. I asked for pickup too if they had issues with delivery to no avail. The customer support staff has stopped responding to my emails.
