customer service is terrible!

Every time I made a purchase from your online store and I wanted to exchange the size or return the item, customer service never answer to my messages. Web page "returns" doesn't accept my order #. Never buy from you again! This is the 3er bad experience that I had with your company

Customer service

I am not very pleased with your return policy, as the pants are made of different material, it is really hard to figure out the right size and it's a hassle to return the product.(Not to mention that you don't refund money on sale product) Your customer service is not pleasant to work with, the answers are delayed and you guys don't really seem like wanting to get things right. Pants are ok. Definitely not worth the full price.

Unhappy customer

I received my 6th pair of Freddy pants on Dec 28th and immediately notified you I never received my shipping RA till Jan 2nd. I Had to pay my own shipping of almost 10 dollars and it was received by you on Jan 4th. There is still no confirmation of receipt. Having to pay for shipping then wait over 2 weeks for you to process refund or whatever you do is not good business when it was your product that is inconsistent not my ordering error. I had 2 pairs sent, same size and the other fits perfectly. I have referred at least 7 or 8 friends who now regularly purchase from you, I will make sure they and everyone else I talk to be aware of your archaic return policies.
