I love this ring, and
I love this ring, and I am tremendously impressed with this company. My ring arrived but the imprint was kind of light and inconsistent. This was disappointing, so I messaged the company, just as feedback, and was offered a new ring, and I could keep the old one. I did accept, and the new one came a few days ago, and it's perfect. They did not really need to do this, and I didn't ask them to, but it was offered by a very kind woman, Trinna, who answered my email. I have cancer and the saying on the ring has a lot of meaning for me, and she was incredibly understanding and asked if they could "make it right. " They certainly did, and I will be a customer for life. Thank you, Trinna!
