I have been using LikeFamily for a couple of years. The systems are easy to use and navigate. We have used 2 support workers who have both very very good.

Friendly staff but not always reliable support people, some either don't turn up or are very flaky. Not good in an emergency when you need last minute support. Don't call you back and long phone wait times.
