I have already told you I am disappointed with this item as the beads are dull

Au niveau de l'envoi, rien à redire

Earringins arrived damaged. Couldn’t replace them. Was offered another item but have not heard back. Have asked for a refund but no response as yet. Website keeps playing up so can’t use points towards more purchases.

Never received any item on my order! Filed complaint . No one cares or get back to me !
