Website easy to use when shopping but when I inputted discount code when paying it didn’t work, which then through me out to start inputting all details again, after trying three times I gave up.

A relative ordered me a ring for my birthday, the ring was beautiful but the diamond was absolutely tiny. I also measured my fingers as per the website tells you and the ring that arrived was too small. To get this changed there was a charge of £50. Therefore my relative returned the ring (they do not provide free postage for the UK) received a full refund and I reordered the ring in the correct size without charge. Illogical and a poor service to me. I now wait for my new ring to arrive
