The delivery of the product took longer than I thought it would. I was impressed by how sturdy the box was. It was a heavy product and I had to carry it up 2 flights of stairs (bit by bit).

Purchased to for on a new patio. Fits perfectly and looks fantastic. Some parts were labelled incorrectly but once we figured that out it was easy to build. Good quality.

Easy to use website and good delivery time.

Great apart from some of the number stickers being wrong which caused much confusion when building it!
