I only had a short window of time to find boots that worked for me and purchase them. I spoke to two exceptionally helpful ladies at the Danner/Lacrosse customer service phone number who helped me identify the correct features and size boots to try. They also pointed me to a local store where I could go and try on a similarly constructed hiking boot to confirm the size as best as possible before ordering as there was no time to reorder if I was mistaken. Everyone that I dealt with over the phone and at the local store was fantastically helpful, which I very much appreciated.
