Haven't received my order after 2 weeks. Reached out several times to find out when it will ship and have not received any response. Lots of marketing but NO customer service!

I’m giving it one star not for the product but for the company. They have the audacity to send a link to do a review on a product I have not even received yet. When tracking the shipment it has been stuck in one location for the past 10 days. Looks to be lost to me. When I contacted the company they basically said there was nothing they could do it still shows in transit. There is several options they have but chose to do nothing. So in other words they have my money and too bad. I will update this review if something else transpires.

Wrong product shipped and no response to my last email requesting the correct product.

I ordered this product - thought it would be a great idea - when the flyer in my grill mats indicated it would be a free item if I registered the grill mats. I did register and still was charged for the item. I realize I am talking about $6. 99, so it is only the aggravation of being told one thing and the company not holding up its end of the bargain. I did send an email in response to another email I received asking about the product, and after several weeks, no response.
