Still waiting for a sandal that fits or for someone to at least answer my calls.

My heel keeps sliding out of the shoe, no matter how I have the straps tightened.

I was quite disappointed that I followed the sizing chart of which I wear a 7.5 and ordered a size 25. I wore the shoes for a couple of days before realizing that my heel was slightly hanging off the back even though I had 2 rows of nubs in the front. I had already thrown out the packaging and upon reading your return policy realized I would have been able to return anyway due to having worn the shoes. I wish I would have realized the shoe didn't fit properly before wearing out and reading your return policy. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this issue
