I appreciated the suggestion to break them in easily or slowly, because I found they did need me to break in , but I am getting use to them and enjoying them as I know I am stimulating all kinds of points in my feet. Thanks and keep working on the men's selections as the ladies have more options than we do. :(

I bought the flip flops and insoles and they do help my planter fasciitis. It’s only been a few weeks and you do need to give your self a little time to get used to them, but I think they have been a good purchase.

The sandles are great - I am in Canada so the shipping and extra charges to get them here was REALLY expensive! More should be done for international orders
