You have great products at a fair price. Moreover there is helpful human backup easy to access. Good thing, too. For check out a customer sees, not the personalization he specified, but the original from which the selections were made. It appears that the choices were not captured & the process must all be repeated. Totally unacceptable! Pamela Stewart

Could see faint rectangle border where imprint was stamped. Thin material.

I ordered a personalized placemat for my grandson but it never arrived. I would love to hear from someone what can be done to rectify this. Thank you.
