Not good quality first bit of wind broke my umbrella which is only a few weeks old

Used the Brolly once and it broke. It’s in the recycling bin.

Umbrella bought to replace a much loved yellow brolly bought from this site 2 years ago. Sadly this one didnt last long enough to be lost. On the first use it turned inside out and snapped one of the very thin, flimsy metal struts. Wouldnt usually mind the blowing inside out but it wasnt even very windy, i had walked around the side of a building. Absolute waste of money.

I bought 3 brollies for xmas pressie, 1 wrong item sent, tried emailing twice but no reply for customer services!! Still waiting!!

Really disappointed with the quality of the umbrellas. Really cheap plastic material used. Ordered for my daughters communion, one small gust of wind and the umbrella structure buckled. I now have two broken umbrellas. I know they were not the most expensive umbrellas but definitely not value for money, 10 minutes of use for my £25 purchase. Delivery was tracked and came promptly, but that is expected as it did cost £6.95.
