Having bought from here a couple of years ago, I was disappointed that the one of the spines broke on the first day of use, when there was no wind

The umbrellas look great, good bold colours, but have mostly broken quite easily.

I bought 2 shark umbrellas for my sons. Although they are nice and good quality they are much lighter blue and pink rather than the dark blue and red shown on the images. Very disappointing as they were bought for Christmas presents.

I recently bought 4 umbrellas. They arrived quickly. 3 were the same style- 2 of the 3 broke within 10 minutes and the 4th has a split in the seam. I emailed and was given a list of several pieces if information they required required be able to take my email further......like the boxes the umbrellas had arrived in. I found this pretty annoying to be honest and working in retail myself found most of the requirements to be pointless and just a way to make it very difficult and time consuming to rectify my situation. I would sadly not buy from this company again.

This is a very sad story. Jollybrolly performed OK when pressed , but the delivery company they used DPD failed completely and the order was eventually cancelled and I got my money back. Given that Jolly brolly chose DPD they are part of the problem hence the bad review.
