I Love JW!! I shop online and in Austin when we travel there! Wonderful store and employees at the Domain! I have never been soo obsessed with a brand of clothing as I am with Johnny Was! I look at my emails daily and have my wish list ready to order...just have to spread them out as not to shock my husband too much with the Visa bill! LOL I have never been disappointed with the clothing or the service. I have 17 JW tops hanging in my closet and don't know what I would wear without them!! Thank you for your easy to maneuver website and wonderful service. Again thank you for the beautiful line of clothing!!! Love me some JW!!!!!

I was having trouble ordering on line. The website would not allow me to put anything in my "cart". I called & spoke with Dominique. She confirmed that the website was experiencing issues. She placed the order for me in a few moments time. Dominique was kind, efficient and delightful.

I order at least once a month from Johnny Was. Why? Because their designs are one-of-kind irresistable and because I have never had such consistently wonderful experience with prompt shipping and customer service. Only once have I had to call to inquire about an order. When I did received my order, someone had included a beautiful scarf with a note saying they were sorry for the delay. Who does that????? I love Johnny Was and always will.
