I live in Fairhope, AL, a small town on the Gulf Coast. I love to take advantage of internet shopping, but your website, alas, is impossible to place an order, the real time chat never works, nor does the add to the bag button. Then I have to call to place an order, it usually takes about a dozen tries to get someone to answer, not kidding! I would probably buy more often if it wasn't such a hard time to order! Please take this as constructive advice, as I absolutely love your clothing!

Not satisfactory. No immediate way to be in contact to have questions answered. Your phone number asks for a pin plus the pound sign. What is that? Cannot reach anyone directly. Then I need to go online to write a message and wait-and I have waited hours- for a response. This is not consumer friendly, plus there is the time difference, as I live in New York. You might look at how net-a-porter works. You can always reach a person if you need to AND they ship free and within Two Days! You need improvement!

Over the years, I have purchased many items from Johnny Was collections. Each piece is so beautiful and flattering. I feel that I am able to express my individuality by wearing these unique and artistic pieces.
