These items that I ordered were supposed to be here before Xmas, and as I said in my three previous letters I still don’t have them. So this created a lot of problems, o would like a 50% discount or I will be sending everything back when ever they arrive. also I see on your sight that everything is on sale. I have never had such bad service Thank you TS

the quality of the scarf is really bad, so thin and light , feel like paper! And I was charged additional $ 24.36 for delivery. The hst is only $ 4.00 but DHL charge me processing fee, handling fee to the total of $ 24.36. You should send by regular Post, it is cheaper for you and fir your customer. DHL is the worst carrier. Never use them.
