I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and dispatch of my product, the Brown Clothes Brush. The product was dispatched from Sweden and tracking details were provided. My product arrived in nicely branded packaging and the invoice & "Returns"-page came in a fancy John Henric envelope. The product is of good quality and arrived in an unscathed condition. It oozes with style and class. I bought the clothes brush to keep my garments free from lint and the occasional dog hairs. It is a very good accessory if you want to look your best. The handle of the brush also doubles as a shoehorn, to avoid damage when putting on your favorite shoes. All and all, I am happy with my purchase and will be exploring the John Henric website once I am due for some additions to my wardrobe! Tack så mycket team John Henric!
