the silicon flap that covers the recharging point cannot be re-attached securely. both parties have tried without success. this renders the hera flex no longer waterproof. what are the consequences of leaving the charging point not covered by the silicon flap ? my best guess in answer to my own question is--- gunk in the electrics ? please consider solution or full, prompt refund.
