I purchased a Hera Flex from the Je Joue website after reading a review in The Guardian. It arrived promptly, but with faulty electronics. I have repeatedly attempted to contact customer services, with no response at all. There is no other means of contact. Beware this company, they do not honour their guarantees. A very expensive and time consuming mistake, as I now have to attempt charge back with my credit card company.
