I wrote to customer service about this product over a week ago and never got a response. This is the first time I've had an issue with one of your products, but I'm very disappointed. I still want my money back or to exchange for a different item.

This company has no service. You do not back your products. You do not issue refunds. You do not respond in a timely manner or ultimately at all.
