Sent the Wrong size

Purchased the case for my daughter as a Christmas present. She placed it on her phone and within 2 days the color started to chip off the edges. I called customer service and “opted” to hold vs leave a message and was hung on up 5 times. I have no idea how to reach them to request a new item. Not pleased at all.

Never received! Need a refund! Wrecked my Christmas! Never again!

Got the case in the mail quickly but it’s peeling and I only have had it a week!

Recieving a case that was unsatisfactory was bad but what's terrible is the Customer Service. I hesitate even calling it that. I complained about my case and got no response from this company. Order your phone case from someone who cares, not these people.
