I bought a case for my IPad mini & am very disappointed with it. Nothing lines up for the camera, power cord, power on/off, nor volume. So I am not using it. Had to buy another from another company. Money wasted.

Poor business..I saw a mistake in my cart, tried to fix it by editing it but apparently didn’t work & received the wrong sizes. Emailed immediately but no response for a week but order was already sent out. When I tried to email again & call, no one wanted to help me. I tried to fix the mistake before the items were shipped but instead I had to pay extra shipping (more than you had to pay) to have them shipped back. Now I’m waiting on my refund instead of exchanging for the correct size.That is very poor business to your customers. Will never order again so don’t bother sending your coupon

I love inspredcases.com! Cheap cases in any design you want. And they do the job. I have dropped my phone and it kept my phone from breaking. I wouldn’t recommend testing this since they’re thin but it does the job. And for $15 what more can you ask for?They are thin and cute, however the ‘this is your year to sparkle’ amd ‘keep calm and sparkle on ones’ looked great online and I thought that’s be cool for the new year, but you can barely read the words. My biggest issue is the design seems to have changed. The ‘have courage and be kind’ case is beautiful. However, when I put it on (this was the same with the other two) I noticed there is a cover for the charging port. (I have an iPhone XS.) Ok, a little annoying when charging but not a bad idea. But when the case was on the phone it felt like it was loose. I kept squeezing it and it would get tighter until I let go. It doesn’t fit correctly. Now I have three cases I can’t use (granted two don’t look near as good as they did online). I will not be purchasing again (at least I bought 5 last time and they fit). Please go back to the old design.

I emailed in regards to the item i received that I wanted to return the print is faded and not of good quality but I did not receive a response. I would like a refund.

The design is so pale and kinda blurry. Also low quality case. Im pretty disappointed
