I ordered to cases in the wrong size. My mistake. Want to return for a refund and order two new ones. No one will call me back, no one will answer my e-mail. Need to get info about returning. Ordering is easy, returning not so much.

I've been waiting several weeks, and I still don't have my order. I'm still rating the company as "okay," because I've had good experiences in the past.

The picture on the case is not permanent. It is already pealing. Would not but again.
