Negative experience
First time customer who ordered 4 items online under one order. One item arrived at our home within a reasonable time frame but the other 3 items were sent to an address 6 hours away hence, I was instructed to pick up my order from that local fedex depot which was impossible! Customer service support is weak over email and you never get anyone on the phone when you call. I spent several hours between customer service and Fedex to sort this out. My items are now on their way however, nothing has been offered by the company for my grief. I am understanding and aware that mistakes can happen so this is where good customer service is key and in my opinion, you don’t get it here. I shop a lot on line and this is by far the worse experience unfortunately.
