So duvet cover goes in fit wash and press. Buttons begin to get lose, what does I Hate Ironing do? Do they return it all done with buttons all lose? Or do they replace all the buttons free of charge?!? Thanks so much, SERVICE......that’s what makes me coming back!!

Excellent service every time. Prompt. They do a fantastic job and you know that they have taken care as when it comes back, you do not have lots of tags on all you washing/dry cleaning. They will even email on the same day if they cannot get a stain out etc. I would not use anyone else
