These chews are awesome! I forgot to take them for a bit, and wow did I feel the difference!! I started taking them immediately and felt sharper in a short time. Not only is my memory sharper but my focus improved as well. I'm 71 years and my daughter said my brain is that of someone about 40 or 50! That complement tells me the memory/focus chews definitely work. I would recommend these to anyone who doesn't feel quite as sharp as usual. And by the way I also love the Heart Chews with COQ10, they are a game changer. At my annual physical yesterday my doctor was very impressed with the improvement in my blood pressure readings, I went from 180 (top number) to 126!!!!!!!! My doctor was impressed and so was I.
