I found these guys on Facebook as a random ad pop up and at first thought is another one of them Facebook scam ads but looking at comments and YouTube review I gived it ago, I made a mistake on an order with my address and the customer service were amazing changed it instantly and made sure was all perfect 🥰 once arrived it was amazing any one getting this as a gift will defiantly have a tear , only one part I can send as feedback maybe have a bit more customised text that can be added by user but still 5/5 amazing from producto to customer service
