Honor Cord Source

I mistakenly ordered the wrong color cords and the company quickly agreed to allow me to exchange them for the correct color with no extra charge.

I have just begun a chapter of National Junior Art Honor Society at my school, so this was the first time I've ordered honor cords for graduation. I was very impressed by the price and speed at which I received the cords. Even more, the cords are beautiful! They are so much better than I expected them to be and, for the price, I am truly amazed. I will definitely be ordering my cords here again next year!

I sent the cords back, and they refunded me immediately. I placed my new order, and I got what I really needed. This may not seem significant, but customer service is very important to me.
