Honor Cord Source

This was my first order, and I was thrilled with the turnaround time, the customer service and the quality of the products. I goofed and did not specify "2 black strands/1 red strand" in each honor cord and they sent me "2 red/1 black". Although they arrived super-promptly, they did not match my existing cords. In a panic, I emailed the company and within minutes they offered to send me the new ones, at no additional shipping fee. The replacements arrived with time to spare, they were perfect and it couldn't have been easier. I HIGHLY recommend using these folks!

This is the second year using HCS, and we'll continue to use them as they beat everyone else's prices and the cords are high quality. I've worked in higher ed for 20 years and have seen array of cords, these are consistently professional and heavy looking. I also want to thank Joe and staff for sending another order so quickly when the post office delayed the first one! No fault of HCS, just a really disorganized post office.
