If you do the reading, attend the classes and listen to what the instructors tell you. You WILL pass the State Exam. Hondros doesn't mess around. The instructors want to increase higher standards in the real estate profession. LISTEN to what they have to say. Study and read all the books they hand out. I recommend signing up for the compucram as well. They are very serious about getting YOU to pass the EXAM. Thank you Hondros. I'm excited to get started with my new career after passing the EXAM my first time taking it. THANK YOU!!!
