However, one part was missing and another was incorrect. After sending an email with pictures, the issue was quickly resolved—they shipped the missing part, provided a return label for the wrong one, and issued a refund once the return was received. The only drawback is that all communication is handled via email with no phone support. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the transaction and would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
