Sent wrong items

Took longer to arrive than promised

I did not receive what I ordered, I sent another item instead. Very disappointed!

I ordered and paid for two pair of jeans. I received tracking information for both pairs. One pair was delivered the other stated it was delivered as well. I only actually got one pair. I had to file a claim with the Post Office in order to receive a refund for the pair I did not receive. Not sure if I can trust this.

I only received part of my order. I didn’t receive the play trucks.
