Excellent service, ordered on a Friday evening and arrived on the Tuesday morning. This is my first proper espresso machine so bit of a learning curve for me and a lot of questions. Within an hour of every email seeking advice I had a detailed and helpful reply from Ciaran. Really good company to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Exactly as described. Its nice having the same handle as the original silvia portafilter. Seal is a bit difficult to get but if you crank it all the way to the right it seals well. Very easy to adjust shots with a bottomless portafilter as you can see exactly what's happening

I rang Kieran to discuss descaling problems. He gave excellent advice. When I mailed with supplementary queries, his response was prompt and authoritative. Great to deal with an expert!
