Thieves!!!! They charged a 20% restocking fee which is fake for a return that we never took out of the box. They clearly made their profit margin. We ordered the mattress for a hospital bed that got delivered after my mom died. They said we can return it only if we pay a 20% penalty plus pay for shipping back to Ohio. If you want to deal with thieves, then buy from this company!
