Not very stable, but convenient

The sales person was great at times and irritable at other times, but did know the answers.

Answered questions but didn’t clarify about using the chair for actual transport.

You did okay, but I asked to be notified, by email, when my mattress was being shipped, and I never got a notice. So it arrived unexpectedly. Other than that, it was okay.

The good news - the chair is exactly the super hemi height we needed. Very difficult to find. The bad news - The right arm will not lock in place and is unsafe. We notified www.home-med-equip.*** and they acknowledged receipt of our notification, claimed they passed our problem on to Invacare, but we've heard nothing since. This lack of follow-up by www.home-med-equip.*** is very concerning and prevents us from giving them the five stars they otherwise would have received.
