The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful in getting the chair to us, as the original transport company did not deliver to our city so a new one was sent out and delivered by FedEx. Then the anti tip wheels and the foot supports were not in the box, so he also jumped right on that and we had those items within 1 or 2 days. All and all he was very helpful.
