Bode was the lynchpin that made this purchase happen. Not only was she always available to answer questions, she went out of her way to send me pictures of the bags using other bags, pieces of paper, and a ruler to give it scale. My overall experience with Holden was highly satisfactory. I would only suggest the website have pictures of the bag sizes next to other sizes, so visual learners like me can see the difference.
