shipping is ridiculously slow. You need to post independent third-party testing data if you want to get into the US market.

The part you recommended for the interior air filter worked just fine. But the recommended part for the engine air filter wasn't even close I purchased it because your catalog recommended it but it doesn't didn't fit at all ! I'd have gotten back to you lot sooner but I had to get someone to help me install the item just yesterday. We were able to get the interior cabin air filter in there just fine, but the engine air is a disappointing story and that's the more expensive part. Please let me know if I can get a credit bc you sold me the wrong part, so that's why I only gave you three stars.
