Full order took very long time to come

The product is inferior to products from HH that I have used over the years.

needs to look into a longer lasting insulating layer for the inner sole warmth layer as it disintegrates and comes out after a few uses

Had to exchange still to big wouldn't allow a second exchange would've had to wait for a refund and re order so now have a suit that is too big

Customer service not very good at all. I had to chase several times to get information about the delay in shipping and my refund, which has still not been processed. Trousers overpriced for the supposed female fit.
