Had a positive experience with the home delivery. I had apparently slept through the first delivery attempt. (My doorbell is broken) and the delivery driver phoned me to make a second delivery attempt half an hour later to ensure I was home, and I got the shoes the same day, which was very thoughtful and nice!

Shipping service online didnt have option to change delivery method for private customers. But it was done by email and i got the jacket at the given timetable.
