Had to return my first order due to sizing. Return process was easy and I didn’t have to pay for shipping. The warehouse was closed because the location was moving so there was an understandable delay in refunding me. HH’s website clearly explained there would be a delay and for what time period. Received my refund within days of HH warehouse re-opening. My package was not misplaced and I didn’t have to follow up. A pretty amazing achievement on HH’s part considering the logistical complexities of changing warehouses. Impressive.
