ordered on 12/12 a package that was to be used for Christmas, did not get the package delivered until 4/1 had to contact customer service and hear what had happened .. they apologized and I got an offer to get 50% off the package which I then accepted, but do not think I will order from there again

Took almost two weeks to get the product. Found out it didn't fit, so I had to return it. Have taken over three weeks and still no reply for the return.
