I had to call to find out how my exchange was going, suprised I didn't have it yet. I called custusmor service and when he looked at my account, he said weird, don't know what's going on with this but I didn't need to know anything - he just hit send on my shipment and resolved the issues internally. It was FABULOUS customer service, super cool.
