Extremely fast delivery (despite high store load) and great communication. The procedure for changing the size of the ordered goods is also exemplary. The goods in the new size arrived literally a couple of days after I shipped the ones that didn't fit. I suppose I don't even need to mention the quality of the products, as it is of course first class.

The packaging and delivery has always been w/out any issue. And even returns work easy.
