The quality of the products is mostly good, and shipping is very fast. However, I am still waiting for a refund after almost 20 days.

I am very unhappy that my new sweather CARV KNITTED SWEATER by the firs washing shrinked. I think I washed it as the instructions say. I also had sweathers with the same fabric in the machine, the others did not shrink.
