disappointing product & service

i have always respected the helly henson brand until i ordered an artic parka .. it arrived in a weak damaged cardboard box .. the parka was faulty with glue marks on the shoulder straps and then the unresponsive customer service just added to my disappointment.. 2 weeks later i am still waiting for my refund and there has been zero response to my email about the awful glue marks .. i get the impression helly hansen really don’t care about their customers !

Very bad experience

Very bad experience all the way. After placing the order I did not receive any information for a few days. Did not receive any tracking number. When the package arrived it was someone else's order, Christmas got present ruined. And after that it took over 20 days and one reminder to process the refund.

2 items missing out of

2 items missing out of 4, without any notification from Helly Hansen. We had to claim reimbursement for the missing items, no apologies or commercial gesture from Helly Hansen whatsoever. Poor customer service, poor orders management, this is really disappointing from a renowned brand as Helly Hansen. Won't buy from this brand anymore.
